BookerPro provides comprehensive cloud-based appointment booking and business management software designed for service-based businesses. Our platform includes appointment scheduling, calendar management, client booking pages, payment processing, CRM features, and business analytics tools.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our booking platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Critical booking data is protected with real-time backups and redundancy.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and managing user access within your organization.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including bookings made by your clients and actions taken by team members. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
You may terminate your account at any time through your settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks. Upon termination, you will retain access to export your booking data for 30 days.
Service fees are charged monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are in your local currency unless otherwise specified. Promotional pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Client payments for bookings are processed according to your configured payment settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Billing is processed monthly, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months except as required by law.
You retain ownership of all booking data, client information, and business content you input into BookerPro. We process your data solely to provide our services and comply with applicable laws. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your booking data and client information, including end-to-end encryption, access controls, regular security assessments, and compliance with industry standards.
All data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure with servers located globally to ensure optimal performance. We maintain compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations.
You may not use BookerPro for any of the following prohibited activities:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Transmitting malware or harmful code
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
Creating fake bookings or manipulating the booking system
Using the platform to compete directly with BookerPro services
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our booking platform. If we fail to meet this standard, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your subscription agreement.
We perform continuous automated backups of all booking data with point-in-time recovery capabilities. Critical booking information can be restored to any point within the last 30 days.
While we strive for accuracy in all booking calculations and reports, you are responsible for reviewing all booking outputs and business processes. We recommend testing all features thoroughly before going live with your booking system.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim, or $1,000 USD, whichever is greater.
While our software includes compliance features, you remain responsible for ensuring your booking practices comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations specific to your industry.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email and through our service. Your continued use of BookerPro after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the service.
